These Business Terms describe the general principles governing professional engagements between Yi Sourcing and its clients.

Specific project terms may be defined in separate written agreements.

1. Scope of Services

Yi Sourcing provides sourcing support and supply chain coordination services including:

• supplier identification and research

• communication with manufacturers

• production follow-up

• sourcing advisory and coordination

Yi Sourcing does not act as a manufacturer or product supplier.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• defining product specifications

• verifying product compliance with applicable regulations

• approving suppliers and manufacturing decisions

• ensuring proper import and regulatory compliance in destination markets
